Case No. BZA-V-21-01. Robert and Michele Cullen, of 1600 Justin Drive, City of McPherson, pursuant to Section 10-107 of the City’s Zoning Regulations, requests a variance for the purpose of reducing the required rear yard from 20 feet to 10 feet for the purpose of building a covered patio addition on property zoned as the R-2, Two-Family Residential District and legally described as: SUNCREST ACRES 3RD ADDITION REPLAT BLOCK B, LOT 19, SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 19, RANGE 03, CITY OF MCPHERSON, MCPHERSON COUNTY, KANSAS. General location: 1600 Justin Drive, McPherson Kansas You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Board of Zoning Appeals may close the hearing and render a decision. The public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
