McPHERSON — The McPherson City Commission will meet Jan. 10, 2023, to hear a continuation of an appeal of a Notice of Violation of Chapter 50 (Nuisances) of the City Code for the property located at 1339 N. Myers Street.

The public meeting is scheduled for 10 a.m. in the City Commission room of the Municipal Center, 400 E. Kansas Ave. This is scheduled to follow the commission’s regularly-scheduled weekly meeting.
